In all cases it worked when I tried again - it just didn't work first time. Importing pdf and epub failed a few times – it would say it had imported but all pages showed blank. It has a preview that you can see what your book will look like on different devices. The programme seems easy enough to use and there's a lot of help - quick tour guide, interactive help, forums etc. Download / installation / registration - no problems.
